Ms. Chang-Calderon, PhD(c), MSHR / Principal is a doctoral candidate at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology. She has been a human resources professional for 13 years and currently works as a management professional specializing in healthcare recruitment in Northern CA, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Ms. Chang-Calderon’s research interests include topics such as organization empowerment, inclusion, and social responsibility. She is committed to enabling the success of individuals who have disabilities in professional or management roles within major organizations.
